Returns and exchanges
We want you to love your sunnies! If the off-chance you don't, or need to exchange for a different design, we've laid out some helpful instructions:
Time frame
For both returns and exchanges, you must contact us within the first 7 days upon package delivery date. Once you’ve received confirmation from us, you will have an additional 7 days to ship it back to us (post-marked within the date range).
Exchanges
Domestic
We offer free ground shipping on your order's first exchange! Please contact us at info@adventurelens.co with your order number to get your requests sorted.
International
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping with insurance is recommended for peace of mind, and it's a good idea to hang onto your receipts until your order is processed back over here.
Both
Sunglasses must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with microfiber cloth and carrying pouch in order to be eligible for an exchange and are subject to inspection by the Adventure Lens team.
Returns
Domestic and international buyers returning orders are subject to shipping fees. Please contact us at info@adventurelens.co with your order number to get your return request sorted.
